Some people believe that good old exercise and eating correctly is the only way to get fit. “That is the only way to lose weight” as stated by others or gym enthusiast. If this is the case than I am in trouble along with millions of other people that populate this planet. “There has to be another way” I whisper, as I scratch my head and continue surfing the internet. I’m pretty sure a lot of people occupy this boat of life. Now, we all know that it’s true, matter fact it’s scientifically proven that the less calories you consume and the more you burn you will lose weight. But here is the conundrum, along with hormones, life changes, breakups and makeups and the constant smell and sight of McDonald’s around every corner. That perfect law above gets broken…constantly. So as stated previously there has got to be another way.
Now this is where the meat of this article lies the Waist shaper Vs. the Ab Machines. There are a ton of reasons why I believe the waist shaper is better than the Ab machine, but needless to say this article is not about what I believe. What it boils down to is what you believe, if you’re a workout head that loves the #gym life than the ab machine is perfect for you. Now, if you’re not into sweating and breathing hard for more than 15 minutes this technique is not for you. Fortunately there are a lot of ways you can work out your stomach and lose weight which don’t include the gym. You can Google these ways on your spare time, but the method that I am going to discuss is the waist cincher.
The difference between these two methods is simple-Your personality, the function of the product and the price.
- In order to get the best results you have to be honest with yourself and who you are. If you don’t like to go to the gym and workout that’s perfectly fine. Some people are not designed to work out that’s why you have so many other options on the market.
- The waist cincher will do exactly what the ab machine does without the sweat. Now, when you put the cincher on there is a process called thermal fusion that will happen around your midsection. This is normal because it is heating up your midsection to decrease the water weight. So there is perspiration involved but not in the places you think. Now they say that abs are made in the kitchen and that is the truth, with the cincher you will find that you appetite will diminish because of the restriction around your midsection. The cincher causes a restrictive quality that will eliminate you from stretching your stomach from over eating. So, two things are happening here you are diminishing water weight and eating less, which in turn slims your waist line and decreases bloating. Now you might be asking I’m looking for definition an ab machine will give me that more than a cincher, and that is half true. If you trying to have that athletic build than you must train as an athlete trains and that is the bottom line, but if you want to slim the waist cinchers can give you a curvier shape adding definition to your sides because of the cinched quality it holds.
- The last thing is price. A waist cincher will be relatively cheaper depending on the kind you get. That can be said for an ab machine as well, but generally you will not be breaking the bank to invest in a cincher vs. an ab machine.
Hope some of your questions were answered. Happy exercising or cinching whichever your preference.
